Nano Banana 2, Pro or the base model?
Nano Banana 2 accepts the most photos in the family: up to 14. That helps when a frame has several people or products and each of them has to look right.
Nano Banana Pro is built for fast generation with precise edits: up to 4 references and up to 4K. The base Nano Banana gives you controllable generation with local edits, and its resolution is not selectable.
How to write a Nano Banana prompt
Within 4,000 characters, describe what should be in the frame and say who or what to take from the uploaded photos. Aspect ratio and resolution are set with buttons, so you do not need to put them in the text.

Editing a finished image
A finished image is edited with a new run: «Use as a reference for photo» in the preview puts it into the references, and you describe what to change.
